    Marketing the conference location at the previous conference is a strategic way of increasing delegate numbers.By supplying them with both technical and general material, it is a great way to ensure that the participants know why they should attend the conference or congress.They might also be encouraged to spend more time in the destination for a weekend break or a holiday, depending on where they are travelling from!

    The Dublin Convention Bureau works with Tax Back International (TBI) to offer advice on how to go about getting VAT back on taxable supplies.This is quite a complex issue, but TBI are there to make things as easy as possible and as efficient as possible.The process in Ireland can be quite quick and if your congress, conference or meeting qualifies (must be done in advance of conference booking) for VAT back, this can lead to a healthy bottom line which will please your financial controller!
