Professional Organisers

Taking a corporate event or conference from an early concept to successful realisation is no small ask. That is why more and more organisations are opting to engage the services of professional organisers. Professional organisers' experience means they will have both the contacts and know-how to ensure your event is everything you want it to be. And, most importantly, they will free you up to concentrate on more pressing business or organisational issues.

There are two types of professional organiser, depending on your needs:

Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
DMCs maintain a high professional standard in the organisation, management and administration of incentive travel, corporate meetings and corporate conferences held in Dublin. The DMC will have invaluable experience in planning and running events, from designing itineraries to dealing with suppliers on the day. They know the practicalities of holding an event or conference in Dublin, and how to make the most of it. For more information on what a DMC could do for you, see our DMC page.

Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs)

Dublin PCOs are experienced in the organisation of professional association conferences, congresses and other international and national meetings.  If you find you just have a basic concept or aspiration regarding a conference or event you would like to get off the ground, the PCO will be able to take it from this early stage all the way to fruition. From arranging online registration and the receipt of abstracts to managing the event in Dublin on the day, the PCO really does offer the whole package. For more information on what a PCO could do for you, see our PCO page.
