Dublin Pass
There are many great reasons to extend your business visit to Dublin or to return with family. Dublin Convention Bureau and Dublin Tourism have teamed up to offer the Dublin Pass at a special rate to conference delegates visiting Ireland’s capital city. Essentially a passport to Dublin, the Pass offers free entry to 32 of the city’s top visitor attractions including the Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol and the GAA Museum and Croke Park Stadium Tour. It also provides added value deals in terms of special offers and discounts available at some of Dublin’s best shops, restaurants, cafés, theatres, entertainment venues and tours. A free one way transfer from the airport on the comfortable and efficient Aircoach service, a free 84 page, full colour guidebook to Dublin and the facility to enjoy VIP status and skip the queues at certain attractions and it soon becomes clear that the Dublin Pass makes great sense both from a conference organiser’s and a conference delegate’s point of view!
The concept behind the visitor card is simple, with the aim being to offer visitors the best in attractions, leisure pursuits, sightseeing, shopping, service and restaurant offers, all in one complete package – i.e. an overall ‘visitor experience’. The purchase price covers entrance to attractions and gives access to unique special offers.
The Pass is available for durations of days, 1 Day/ 2 Days/ 3 Days and 6 Days for both Adults and Children (Under 16). With the purchase of The Dublin Pass the visitor also receives a comprehensive guidebook on The Dublin Pass which includes a feature for each of the participating participants - this allows research and itinerary planning by visitors prior to arrival.
The Visitor Card offers Flexibility, Convenience, Variety and Savings:
Flexibility
Passes are available in a variety of durations (eg. 1 day/2 day passes etc.) and the ‘smart’ chip is not activated until the first visit, allowing the holder the freedom to see the city when they choose. Passes can be purchased in advance of a holiday and used at a later date.
Convenience
The ‘smart’ chip eliminates cash transactions at attraction admission points. The technology allows the holder to beat the queues and gain fast-track entry into attractions.
Variety
Brings together the best in attractions and services for the city in one complete package. There is something for everyone.
Savings
The more you see the more you save. Longer duration passes offer the greatest savings when looked at as a daily rate, eg. “See Dublin for less than €15 per day!”
