Airfield Estate is about blue skies, broad horizons, about the different. The Unusual.
There’s a history that informs their approach, however they’re far from stuffy. They don’t really do stuffy!
What they do is engage. Look for the possible and seek out how they might work with you together.
This might be for an incentive group, a team away day, a corporate meeting or a private dining experience like no other, but at the heart of everything they do at Airfield Estate, it’s about drawing on their unique environment and the enormous enthusiasm as a team they possess.
A self-funded, non-for-profit charity, Airfield Estate has a simple mission. Deliver experiences that connect people with food and the land that produces it.
For them that’s everything from start to finish; fork (pitch fork that is) to plate and sustainability of home grown Irish produce from the farm, gardens and orchards of Airfield Estate. Honest, simple Irish food.
Profits generated from events at Airfield Estate fund their education programmes which are delivered to over 9,000 students each year. It also helps them deliver meaningful social inclusion programmes to local associations and provide full time employment to over 60 staff.
Roughly speaking the Estate for events divides into the ‘built’ environment – Airfield House for drinks and private dining. The Green Barn for BBQ style gatherings. Overends Restaurant for exclusive dining and not forgetting The Hive for small meetings up to 60 guests.
Then there’s the ‘open’ environment – the paddocks, open fields and beautiful ornamental gardens and lawns for larger events such as marquees, festivals and team building.
Delivery at Airfield Estate is about creating memories, tailor making quotations and making things happen.
