EPIC is set on the River Liffey in beautifully restored 200-year-old vaults under the listed architecturally impressive CHQ building. The museum is the first fully digital museum in the world boasting engaging and interactive displays.

EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum

At EPIC CHQ, we know how to get down to business. Discover our one-of-a-kind, awe-inspiring spaces that serve as the ideal location for your exhibition, corporate event or launch party for up to 800 guests.
In the heart of Dublin’s Docklands, CHQ overlooks the river Liffey, where merchants once unloaded their cargo and from where so many Irish emigrants embarked on their journey to a new life. This listed former warehouse is a dream for event planners.

In the beautifully restored vaults, EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum provides a stunning backdrop to whatever event you are planning.

The chq Building
An iconic building, CHQ is one of the finest pieces of 19th century architecture in Ireland.
The open Galleria conveys industrial chic construction. The scene is set with a remarkable modern glass façade overlooking the river, designed by the Irish engineer Peter Rice.
For all events there is the option to combine with the amazing EPIC galleries and include a museum tour.
