Nestled in the heart of Dublin's historic Liberties, Pearse Lyons Distillery is a family-owned gem, the only independent distillery in the city. Housed in the former St. James Church, it's a place where Irish history, craftsmanship, and fine spirits converge. Founded in 2017 by Pearse Lyons, a visionary in the world of spirits, this distillery produces Pearse Irish Whiskey, a name that pays homage to its creator's legacy. The church's 12th-century history adds a mystique to the place, where old and new harmoniously blend.

Welcome to Windmill Lane Recording Studios which is housed in an historic Art Deco building nestled in the heart of Dublin's vibrant docklands. Our iconic studio has been the creative hub for legendary musicians such as U2, The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Hozier, and Ed Sheeran, where they have recorded some of their most iconic songs.

Hawksmoor was inspired by a labour of love to find the best possible beef and perfect the seemingly simple art of cooking steak. After years of dreaming, planning, tasting and touring, we’re so happy to have arrived in one of the most hospitable cities in the world. The menu revolves around the best ingredients we can find – whether it be beef from small Irish community farmers, dry-aged for 35 days and simply grilled over charcoal, sustainable seafood from around the isle, seasonal fruits and vegetables or cheeses from some of our favourite cheesemakers in the nation.
